OK, so I was less than excited to see Gran Torino, but Aaron was insistent that we give it a try. As is so often the case, he was absolutely right. We saw this movie last night (I was still quite red-faced from my 6 mile run - woot!), and I must say, FABULOUS. It's a must, must, must see. Clint Eastwood was amazing, as always.
We also saw Defiance on Friday evening, which whilst slow and a bit draggy in parts, was also quite good. Next weekend, I hope to fit in Milk and Doubt. I'm all about this year's Oscar nods.
